Job Description:
This is a full time maintenance mechanic position, which covers all facets of facility maintenance. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing day to day repairs of all resident and facility equipment, providing assistance with setting up for facility functions, maintaining appropriate work logs of all facility repairs, and assisting with snow removal. This position performs minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, temperature control systems, etc.
Rotation in covering weekends, holidays, and the on-call schedule is required.
Required Skills:
Good customer service skills a must. Must have previous maintenance experience to join our team. Qualified candidates must also possess mechanical aptitued, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Current driver's license and clean driving record is required. (No violations withing the last three years).
Preferred Skills:
Prefer experience in a health care setting. mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and pneumatics experience is a plus.
